Sex Tape is a 2014 American sex comedy film directed by Jake Kasdan and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It was written by Jason Segel, Nicholas Stoller, and Kate Angelo and stars Segel, Cameron Diaz, Rob Corddry, Ellie Kemper, and Rob Lowe. Its story follows a married couple who make a sex tape to spice up their relationship only to wake up the next morning to find that it has gone missing. This sparks a frantic search in an attempt to find it.
Jay and Annie Hargrove are a married couple, who, after having two kids, have sex at every opportunity. After he struggles to get an erection, she suggests making a sex tape. They film themselves having sex in every position listed in The Joy of Sex.
After collecting the iPads and deleting the videos, their friend's son, Howard, threatens to upload a copy of their sex tape to YouPorn unless they give him $25,000. After failing to get the money, they break into the YouPorn headquarters and begin to destroy their web servers. Their plan is quickly thwarted when an alarm sounds. The owner and his guards confront them and threaten to call the police, but agree not to do so in exchange for $15,000 to cover the damage. He also removes their video and explains that all they had to do to have a video removed was send him an e-mail request for such removal.

Title of Your Sex TapeView all running gagsA reoccurring joke in the show is Jake using double entendres to poke fun at Amy's love life, though the line has since been used with others such as Charles. The first occurrence was in M.E. Time, though it was during the Halloween episode that he first reference the titles of her sex tapes.
According to this Tumblr, on April 5, 2007, PerezHilton.com published the article that would result in the demise of the former Hills stars' relationship: a report that LC and Jason Wahler had made a sex tape.
\"I am posting this note on my website regarding the reports that have circulated the internet this morning,\" she wrote at the time. \"Jason and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. Jason and I are both shocked and hurt that people would say such horrible things about us. I can't believe that somebody would go to such great lengths to try to damage my reputation.\"
The fashion mogul then gave Us Weekly an interview in which she continued denying the rumors. \"Honestly, they videotape my life five days out of the week,\" she told the publication (per Gawker). \"I don't need additional footage, you know\"
LC yelled the famous line directed at Heidi in the first episode of season 3, which aired in August 2007. From that point on, everyone assumed either Spencer or Heidi (or both!) were definitely to blame for the sex tape rumors, though they both denied it time and time again. Needless to say, from that point on, Heidi and Lauren also completely stopped being friends.
LC led a panel for The Hills at Paley Fest in 2009 where a fan asked if she still believed Spencer and Heidi were at fault for the rumors. \"We actually have it on tape,\" Lauren responded. \"[Spencer] takes responsibility and apologizes for it. Sorry! Spoiler!\"
In the years to follow, Lauren often chose not to speak about Heidi (though she had plenty of opportunities to do so), and the \"Speidi\" drama started to die out after the show...That is until 2015, when Spencer came out and admitted to spreading the sex tape rumors all the while scrutinizing LC.
The witness to which Denton alludes is reportedly the husband of the woman in the sex tape, Bubba Clem, whom Gawker lawyers wanted to question in order to show that that one or both of the parties knew about the taping. Their thinking is that if the defense could establish that the tape was made as a publicity stunt, then it was fair game to be covered as news.
Advocates for free speech, however, spoke up, saying that ruinous media fines were in contradiction with the First Amendment and that Gawker was well within its rights as a news site to publish interesting stories pertaining to celebrities. An attorney for Gawker, Michael Sullivan, said in court Friday that while jurors may find the publication of the tape \"unpleasant,\" the post was still free speech under the Constitution.

The businesswoman and reality star shared her thoughts on the single, which was released in 2006, and poked fun at the sex tape she was coerced into making at 19 with her ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon five years earlier.
\"The whole video is a not-at-all-subtle send-up of 'porno paparazzi girls' in general and, specifically, me, in a parody of my infamous sex tape,\" Hilton wrote in her autobiography, \"Paris: The Memoir,\" released on Tuesday.
Hilton went on to add that she respects Pink, considering her both \"effing amazing\" and \"a great mom,\" but questioned why the \"generous, evolved, and progressive\" singer decided to shame her over the release of her sex tape.
In an excerpt from her upcoming memoir published in U.K. newspaper the Times, the heiress and entrepreneur, 42, speaks candidly about how she ended up participating in the tape with ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon, whom she does not mention by name.
\"It took me a minute to make the connection to that private video. I had to close my eyes and breathe. I felt like I was going to throw up. It was inconceivable to me,\" she writes. While she reached out to Salomon begging him to stop the release, he told her he had every right to sell the tape because it \"had a lot of financial value\" due to her burgeoning fame.
Edwards has given a deposition in the lawsuit of Rielle Hunter, with whom he fathered a child, against Andrew Young, a key figure in the politician's 2008 presidential campaign. Hunter is suing Young to reclaim materials that she says belong to her, including an alleged sex tape that involves Edwards.
Hulk Hogan may have earned his biggest victory in or out of the ring on Friday when a St. Petersburg, Florida jury awarded him $115 million in his invasion of privacy lawsuit against Gawker Media, which published clips of a 2012 sex tape he made with the wife of one of his friends. The professional wrestling and reality TV superstar sued the company that same year, seeking damages for defamation, loss of privacy and emotional pain.
Let me back up: Gawker had a sex tape up with Hulk Hogan. Hogan initially used the Shaggy Defense, then came clean and contended that his friend Todd Clem (aka: Bubba the Love Sponge) set him up with his estranged wife, Heather Clem (pictured, and apparently able to be used as a floatation device in case of emergency).
Poquee's defense views the tape as critical because it could show the 47-year-old could have been elsewhere during part of the time when prosecutors said he was holding the victim hostage in her home. In 2000, Poquee claimed he was with a woman named \"Tasha\" during part of that time period, but no witnesses with that name testified at trial. Then-Assistant District Attorney D.J. Rosenbaum, who prosecuted the case, said in court she did not believe such a woman existed. She asked the trial judge for a \"missing witness\" charge to jurors to cast doubt on the defense claim.
In Carpinello's statement in the motion, she says she was with Poquee during one of the nights in which he allegedly was attacking the victim. And she said the sex tape, made a year before Poquee was arrested, is proof of their previously undisclosed relationship. Carpinello said she could have given Poquee a credible alibi, but was at the time terrified of Albany police detectives, who she claims had been waging a campaign of intimidation against her. 59ce067264
